2021 Geek-A-Long Sweater: Clue 24

WE MADE IT!!! It’s been 24 crazy weeks, and today I’m thrilled to present you with the complete On Board Sweater pattern! This week’s update includes the instructions for finishing the yoke and adding the zipper.

I had originally planned on going over the zipper construction in this post, but it would just be pasting in what’s in the pattern. Instead, today I’d like to spam you with photos from Jac and Dave’s 2021 GAL photo shoot. They really outdid themselves this year. This project has been my Geek-A-Long Thesis. This week’s download includes 47 glorious pages of double knit goodness. I feel like Dave really captured that energy in the pictures.

We aren’t ready just yet to reveal the theme or plan for next year’s GAL, other than to tell you there will absolutely be one, and that it is not a sweater OR a blanket! We’re going rogue next year and I think you’ll really like it. We’re taking the next few weeks off of GAL posts but we’ll be back in 2022 with announcements and teasers for the 2022 Geek-A-Long. And of course L&L will be right here doing all the usual yarn, pattern, and stitch marker stuff.
