Your parcel will leave our coffee fueled studio and head your way in early July. Membership to the S.O.C.K. Club for closes June 22nd and will not reopen again as it will be going on hiatus until 2019. Please note that each box includes enough yarn to make a full pair of socks for most women.

 

Because of the nature of the S.O.C.K. Club, we do not accept returns if a colorway isn’t your cup of tea. We recommend destashing on Ravelry. If you move during the subscription service, it is your responsibility to notify us of the change. If your parcel is marked undeliverable by the USPS and is returned to us, we will charge you to ship it again.

 

Important Pattern Information: A physical copy of the pattern will be inside of your box. If you would like it added to your Ravelry library after we release the pattern to the general public, please include your Ravelry user name in the “Order Notes.” This will be located in the billing/shipping address section at check out.

 

Cancellation Policy: Because we purchase supplies for the parcels immediately after the subscription sign-up period ends, refunds are generally not available. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to do what we can. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
